Since 1968, Elegant Homes has provided people from all walks of life the opportunity to own an affordable mobile home in a safe, comfortable community.

We are a family-owned and family-operated organization spanning multiple generations, and we strive to instill into the community this strong sense of family, trust, and dependability.

Over the years, we have expanded further into the quiet woods of Saco, Maine, and now our community holds a max capacity of 250 homes. Each home is located on a spacious lot, so residents can enjoy ample room between themselves and their neighbor. We believe this creates an intimate living experience, without feeling cramped or stifled.

Our office is located on-site, at the mouth of the community, and we encourage our residents to form a relationship with us as much as their neighbors.

You will see us frequently throughout the year, as we plow and sand the streets, conduct general maintenance on the landscape, and check in on homes of residents traveling outside the state. (Snowbirds especially love this service.)
